  As I begin,I desire to throw the entirety of my experience on the examination table. I had previously witnessed Elaine's legal work in a friends case. I needing a divorce chose to give her my business. It was anticipated that I would be divorced within six months. 15 months later I am divorced today and truthfully along the way, I faced some road bumps with communication issues however I give her a perfect review and here is why 1: A majority of the issues were the result of the wrong judge getting my case. He fell Ill and it delayed everything dastardly. Second a common complaint I seen on here was communication issues. Elaine addressed this by removing the employee and thus in the very least we should acknowledge that she is making a huge effort to address this. Also I give little faith to claims a lawyer stole my money. I suggest if you have evidence for the claim than go see another attorney. If not than perhaps its best to not make such an outrageous claim. Now this is precisely why I love Elaine Nutz. She is affordable. She has this quirky nostalgic local charm that is mostly lost today. She does care. I mean if she could have fixed the issue, she would have. At least when we spoke she had this art about her. Most people quit caring. A majority have even quit pretending to care. So while I was ready to be divorced, the fact she took the time to have actual conversation with me, to explain what the delays were and to address the lack of communication I had faced. I thought she was awesome and there's tons of super professional stuffy law offices. When I need that, this is where I should go but Elaine is this living breathing Renaissance lady from the movies. If I want to walk into this house with grand babies and an eccentric deep thinking conversationist who stands with a cutting edge sword as her humor and a certain likeability that stands the test of time. I love her. She finished the job for me I mean it wasn't her fault that others failed but this happened to tons of people. Big stuffy attorneys and mom and pop practices. Elaine was extremely helpful in pointing me in the direction of other attorneys that practice law that she does not. I think sometimes we need an attorney that is honest about her limits, has a long, long history of being a Top rated attorney and is off the wall in being adorable and is adorable being off the wall. I think everyone should go see Elaine. I mean maybe we should just go back to the era where we just walk into her office and say chop chop Elaine, tell that judge to sign my divorce from his death bed. Cmon cmon. I believe it might be better to get frustrated with a receptionist that you can go see in person than talk to an automated machine unsure if progress is occurring or not. Elaine was amazing in a process that was difficult, uncommon and uncertain. Kudos to her.

  This lady is amazing! I have to be honest, at first I was skeptical but once I entered her office and started talking to her come to find that she is an amazing attourney! I had come to her for a child custody agreement case and she handled it perfectly and very professionally! I sat down with my ex and we all 3 worked out a parenting plan, it was easy! Very affordable! And very very nice staff! So glad this office could help me! It was nutz, how easy it was! Thank you so much!!

  Actual client! The first of 2016 I went to her scared thinking I was never going to see my kids again. I already had a court date set up, well she talked to my cousin and I. I thought I had made a good choice, so I forked out the 1800 dollars, she even said she would come to my restraining order court. She came to the court but acted like she didn't even know me and walked right past. Then when I called her she never called me back! Finally when she did she blamed it all on her receptionist who was now fired and said she would go above and beyond without anymore payment because in the beginning she said all in all would be 3000 dollars. After that all the problems were solved without her help so I called her to talk about getting my down payment back since she really never needed it because she never helped me at all, but of course she didn't answer and never called me back. She got a free 1800 for dodging me. Worthless just keep your money and go somewhere else.
