- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the second time in the last year that I sent a package with a required signature to my daughter, the carrier stated no one home to receive, which is not true, first of all you need to get out of the vehicle/mail truck, ring a doorbell and ask for the signature. There was someone home each time The mail person was too lazy to go to the door. Therefore, from now on I will go to Fed Ex for delivery of my packages. Now my daughter has to make a trip to the list office to pick up the package. Thank you very much for your poor service.By Jeanne Brown, February 18, 2017
