  If you have to report your wages do not expect it to be entered in a timely manner. If you try to find out why your wages are not being entered they will just dismiss you with the line of, "We don't have the extra hours ." I understand to a point about being understaffed but to also be rude and condescending when telling that to someone is disrespectful. No reason for any of it.

  Well, I called the social security administration, in a few minutes I was talking to a person, the lady I spoke with was able to set up an appointment within a couple of days and when I went to the appointment I had no problems, she was very professional and helpful.

  I was there 2 long hours just to get a knew ss card and was treat very hateful and left with no answers to my questions that I arrived with and no card because I did have enough proof of my daughter and her Essex of being proof of who see is i have her # so I have birth certificate and shot record my marriage certificate and it wasn't enough so good luck citizens of the u.s.a
